Employee Health is located on the third floor of the Medical Office Building (MOB) in Suite 305. Park in the front of the building in one of the spots marked for visitors. Enter the front of the MOB—the elevator is immediately to your left. Exit the elevator to the right, and Employee Health is in the Clinical Effectiveness Suite midway down the hall.

Carilion Giles Memorial Hospital

Enter the hospital through the main doors. Go to the right to Patient Access. Ask them to call Employee Health to have someone come get you at the lobby.

Carilion New River Valley Medical Center

Employee Health is located on the third floor of the Medical Office Building at the front of the hospital. Enter the hospital from the main entrance and enter the elevator to the right. Go to the third floor. Employee Health is in Suite 360.

After Sept. 5, 2014: Employee Health is temporarily relocating. As you come up the hill toward the front of the hospital, take a right toward the right end of the building. As you come up this road, look to the left for the trailer. Employee Health is located in the trailer. Parking is available in the lot near the trailer. Please use the ramp to enter the trailer, not the back stairs.

Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital

From locations south of Roanoke:

Take Interstate 581 North to Elm Avenue Exit 6. Turn left onto Elm Avenue and proceed to the second stop light.
Turn left onto Williamson Road at the light immediately before the hospital. The entrance to the parking garage is on your right. Park on level C and follow the signs into the main lobby of the hospital. Take the main lobby elevators down to level 1. Employee Health is located on the first floor next to Occupational Medicine.

From locations north of Roanoke:

Take Interstate 581 South to Elm Avenue Exit 6. Turn right onto Elm Avenue and proceed to the second stop light.
Turn left onto Williamson Road at the light immediately before the hospital. The entrance to the parking garage is on your right. Park on level C and follow the signs into the main lobby of the hospital. Take the main lobby elevators down to level 1. Employee Health is located on the first floor next to Occupational Medicine.

After going to Employee Health, go to the Carilion Human Resources building at 1212 Third St. to have your badge made. Turn right out of the lower-level exit from the parking garage onto Williamson Road. Turn right at the first light onto Albemarle Avenue. Cross Jefferson Street, and then make the third left onto Third Street. The Human Resources office is located on the left-hand side in the block before Walnut Avenue. Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the Human Resources office.

Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital

Employee Health is located on the third floor of the hospital. To access Employee Health, park in the general parking area at the front of the hospital and enter the door marked Main Entrance. The elevators will be on the left; take them to the third floor. Exit the elevator to the left. Employee Health is the first door on the right.

Carilion Tazewell Community Hospital

Employee Health is located in the hospital's administration area.

If you enter the hospital from the north entrance at the top of the long outdoor stairwell:

Go up the small flight of steps and make an immediate left, then go through the door marked Administration.
Employee Health is the second door on the left.

If you enter the hospital by the main entrance (next to the Emergency entrance):

Turn left and go to the end of the hall, then turn right and go through the door and down the next hall.
At the end of the hall you will see the Carilion Clinic Home Care office immediately in front of you. Turn left there, take about five or six steps, and then turn right and go through the door marked Administration.
Employee Health is the second door on the left.
